Ltd. No/01 is the beginning of a series of collaboration with the aim to design seasonally independent and long-lasting products. These limited editions are collected and presented by b_utop b:uro d.es_senses - digital style office Berlin - under www.Ltd No.net.
LTD NO/01 in collaboration with Bagjack
Bagjack, the Berlin based sewing collective combine manufactures functional messenger bags and other urbane companions in manual work. Individual product developments, corporate bags and editions from tarpaulins are designed and produced as well besides their own collection in a factory floor in Kreuzberg.
Ltd-No/01 is a bag collection of modified Bagjack styles with an outer cover made from tarpaulin. Special details and the exceptional characteristic of the tarpaulin used result in approx. 250 unique bags - handmade in Berlin.
the 'HAUS DES LEHRERS' with its famous frieze is an urban landmark close to the TV-tower at the Alexanderplatz, Berlin. The 125m long and 7m high mosaic 'OUR LIFE', created by Walter Womacka in 1962/63, is meant to idealistically depict the development of the former German Democratic Republic (GDR). The cover of these numbered bags is made of the original tarpaulin wrapped around the building during its restauration in 2002/04.
